Filing records electronically is the most efficient and fastest way to register deaths in Michigan. Approximately 99% of deaths in Michigan are registered electronically, demonstrating the system’s widespread adoption and usefulness.
We are currently offering instructor-led training sessions called Webinar Wednesday conducted over the virtual meeting platform Zoom. These sessions are offered quarterly and are perfect for new EDRS users or those needing a refresher. Training is the best way to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to use EDRS. These sessions will provide you with an overview of the system and a demonstration of key features. Additionally, we will show you where to find additional resources to help you get started.
